Level 3 - Follow the Patient Journey — Before, During, and Beyond the Trial

This is where PAD Trials becomes part of the patient journey—not just the trial.

We support them with:

  • from initial interest

  • through qualification

  • through participation (if enrolled)

  • and even beyond the trial

Your team also gains access to HIPAA-compliant, real-world journey insights:

  • patient interest in your trial (even if they don’t qualify)

  • progression through the decision and enrollment process

  • real-world experience during participation

  • patient-reported perspectives and future testimonials (when appropriate)

👉 This gives you something most trials never see:

What actually happens to patients in the real world—not just inside the protocol

We stay with patients throughout their journey:

  • education and decision support

  • appointment preparation

  • transportation coordination when needed

  • lifestyle and care guidance alongside their clinical team

Level 2 - Engage Patients Actively Seeking Options

We don’t just list your trial—we bring it into real patient conversations.

Patients contacting our hotline and community are actively looking for answers. When appropriate, your study becomes part of those conversations.

We also capture insight into:

  • who is asking about your trial

  • who may qualify

  • where barriers exist

👉 You’re no longer waiting for patients—you’re part of the flow.

Level 1 - Be Discoverable to the Right Patients

Your study is reviewed and added to the PAD Trials platform with clear, patient-friendly information.

Patients can explore your trial, ask questions, and be guided to your team if it’s a potential fit.

👉 This is where visibility starts.

This level of engagement translates into meaningful visibility and real patient connection for your trial.

Here’s how partners work with PAD Trials depending on their goals.

Trial Review Standards

What We Look For in Submitted Trials

We focus on studies that are scientifically sound, clinically relevant, and meaningful to patients navigating PAD.

Trials featured on PAD Trials are reviewed by our Medical Advisory Board to ensure they meet a high standard of clarity, safety, and relevance to real-world patient care.

  • Clear scientific rationale and well-defined endpoints

  • Appropriate safety monitoring and ethical oversight

  • Relevance to PAD populations, including limb-salvage considerations

  • Transparency around risks, benefits, and eligibility criteria

We look for:

Inclusion on PAD Trials is not an endorsement or guarantee of outcomes. It reflects that a study meets baseline criteria for transparency, design quality, and relevance to PAD care.

We prioritize studies that patients can realistically understand, evaluate, and discuss with their care teams.

Every Trial. Carefully Vetted. Patient First.
